About The Position

We’re busy — and we need a driver who can keep up.

We’re looking for an experienced roll-off driver who shows up every day, works efficiently, and doesn’t need to be babysat. We have steady work, solid equipment, and we’re ready to pay for performance.

$1,000 signing bonus after 90 days (attendance + performance)

Requirements

• Reliable — shows up on time, every day
• Able to work independently and stay on schedule
• Strong awareness of safety and surroundings
• Respectful of customer property
• Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
• Valid Class B CDL (or ability to obtain — will train the right candidate)
• Clean driving record
• 25+ years old
• Must be based in the NC Triad area
• Must pass a road test

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up roll-off containers at job sites
• Transport and dump loads safely and efficiently
• Service portable units using vac tank system
• Perform pre-trip inspections (DOT compliant)
• Use mobile app for job tracking and communication
• Interact professionally with customers, contractors, and homeowners
