Position Overview We’re excited to welcome a dedicated Metal Fabricator / Roll Form Operator to our production team! In this hands-on role, you’ll set up and operate roll-forming and tube-mill equipment to produce high-quality metal components. Your mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and commitment to safety will help ensure we deliver outstanding products to our customers. Requirements

  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable attendance and a solid work history
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with TIG welding, fabrication, or sheet metal
  • Familiarity with calipers, gauges, or other measurement tools
  • Experience operating machines or performing quality inspections

Responsibilities

  • Set up and safely operate roll-forming and tube-mill machinery.
  • Monitor equipment cycles and adjust settings to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Inspect materials and finished products to meet specifications.
  • Interpret job travelers, blueprints, and production instructions.
  • Load steel coils and feed materials; cut and deburr tubes to required lengths.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and routine equipment maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and escalate issues as needed.
