About The Position

The position involves ensuring the safe and efficient movement of products from the truck to the staging area, maintaining safety inspections of the clamp truck, and upholding a clean work environment. The role requires adherence to lockout/tag out procedures and good housekeeping practices while picking and staging orders, as well as loading and unloading trucks to maintain inventory integrity.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Successful candidate must be willing to work ANY shift.
• Certified industrial forklift driver or ability to get certified in a timely manner.
• 6 months forklift operator experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the product is moved from the truck to the staging area in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain and perform daily safety inspections of the clamp truck and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform lockout/tag out procedures on trailers.
• Maintain good housekeeping and manufacturing practices at all times.
• Pick and stage orders and load and unload trucks, while maintaining inventory integrity through proper handling and storage.
