About The Position

Role Player - takes on a variety of roles in various situations that assist students in creating a realistic environment that they would encounter in the field. Roles may include civilians, police, bank robbers, crime victims, witnesses, media, professionals, etc. Scenarios include real life situations including key-leader engagements, meet and greets, etc. Role players play a vital role in preparing the students for their success.

Requirements

Must be a US Citizen
Must be 21 years of age or older
Working knowledge of English language
Must possess a valid driver's license
Must pass FBI background check, physical, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
Must have prior law enforcement, military or role playing experience.

Responsibilities

Appropriate attire and appearance (e.g., groomed) to realistically portray assigned role(s)
Remain in attire and in character for the duration of training exercises
Actively improvise to meet demands of training requirements
Report at least 30 minutes prior to each scheduled start time
Remain professional while performing assigned role(s)
