About The Position

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is seeking qualified candidates to fill roles within its security operations: Role Player Personnel. The selected contractor personnel will be responsible for supporting TSA's mission by ensuring the security of transportation systems and contributing to a safe travel environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid driver's license by the time of hire.
• Must have no record or conviction of drug or alcohol abuse.
• Must have no criminal record, except for minor traffic offenses.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English at a high school level.
• Must receive a favorable 'eligibility of determination' suitability check through the TSA Office of Personnel Security (PerSec).
• Adhere to any other hiring requirements established by the contractor.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training exercises by role-playing various scenarios to aid in TSA security training.
• Follow instructions carefully and perform physical roles accurately to simulate real-life situations for TSA personnel training.
• Notify the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) immediately (within 24 hours) if any employee's status changes with respect to the requirements listed.
• Undergo screening for potential felony or misdemeanor convictions or any other criminal records.
