About The Position
We are seeking a Return on Investment and Total Cost of Ownership Specialist to join the ROI & TCO Services Team. This individual will be responsible for processing Account Teams' requests for ROI & TCO analysis in relation to their ongoing Sales Opportunities, to aid the Account Team in managing customer conversations and deal positioning during the Sales Opportunities' life cycle. The ROI and TCO Specialist will process these analyses in line with a standard service framework and tooling, ensuring each request is met with a completed ROI & TCO pack, containing the analysis calculation document with standard outputs and supplemental business value proposal materials based on these outputs.
