Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid non-CDL driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to work at an elevation of 12,000 feet.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to drive safely in all types of weather conditions.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Effective communication skills with coworkers and management.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and inspection procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles in all weather conditions for employee transportation.
• Drive employees 22 miles each way from the Estes Park housing facility to the Trail Ridge Store & Café.
• Maintain a neat and orderly vehicle, providing general housekeeping as needed.
• Alert management to any suspected vehicle issues and coordinate maintenance.
• Complete required vehicle inspection reports.
• Adhere to all company policies and regulations set by the National Park Service and Department of Transportation.
• Assist with general maintenance and cleaning tasks as requested.
• Stock and unpack merchandise in the store and assist in the Café as needed.
• Clean employee bathroom daily.
• Develop and maintain positive communication and teamwork with coworkers and management.
• Work with minimal supervision and be available for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
