Role & Responsibilities: As a Rockwall Instructor, you will have the responsibility of delivering customer service in line with our Chelsea Piers Standards of Excellence. Requirements
- Candidates must have at least 5 years of rock climbing and teaching experience
- High-energy, personable and passion for fitness with a team-first mentality
- Analysis and understanding of key business metrics that directly impact membership growth
- Self-motivated/entrepreneurial spirit with an outgoing, diligent and affable disposition
- Superior customer service skills; excellent and clear communication skills, both verbal and written; strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to lift 30 to 45 pounds or appropriate weight to lead session
Responsibilities
- Work desk shifts at the Rockwall
- Delivers customer service in line with our Chelsea Piers Standards of Excellence
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Greet, assist, and accommodate guests
- Coach Rockwall private lessons as needed
- Participate in special and member events as scheduled
