About The Position
The Talent Acquisition Analyst (Junior Recruiter) at Rockefeller Capital Management will play a pivotal role in shaping the recruitment strategy for the organization. The analyst will own the entire posting, screening, assessment, and interview process, ensuring that candidates have an outstanding experience throughout their journey. Additionally, the role includes managing the offer process in partnership with internal clients, ensuring that expectations are aligned for both parties involved. The Talent Acquisition Analyst will utilize various research methodologies, including LinkedIn and internet research, to generate diverse candidate slates. Building and maintaining relationships with internal clients will be crucial for tracking progress on active roles and assisting in the management of the Summer Analyst hiring and recruitment strategy. The analyst will also be involved in ad-hoc projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the recruitment team and the firm as a whole.
