Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1 year of retail experience.
• Excellent written, communication, presentation, and computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Willingness to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to maintain interdepartmental relationships.

Responsibilities

• Ring up sales with speed and accuracy, ensuring smooth transactions for customers.
• Keep shelves stocked and visually appealing, helping customers find what they need.
• Maintain a clean and inviting Rock Shop environment.
• Create eye-catching displays to showcase products effectively.
• Provide top-notch customer service and make every customer feel valued.
• Answer questions and offer recommendations to enhance customer experience.
• Receive and process inventory, tracking stock levels accurately.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
