About The Position

We provide nationwide, on-site maintenance and repair for humanoid, autonomous, and industrial robots, helping companies avoid costly downtime and keep their automation online. Our technicians support robots across multiple manufacturers, delivering preventative maintenance, emergency fixes, and hands-on technical expertise wherever robots operate. Robo Reliance is an early-stage, fast-growing robotics field services company providing nationwide maintenance and repair for humanoid, autonomous, and industrial robots. We’re seeking skilled Robotics Technicians to join our growing nationwide network as trusted, go-to experts. This is a ground-floor opportunity to work hands-on with advanced robotics systems while helping shape how field service is delivered in this rapidly expanding industry. Selected technicians may have the opportunity to participate in hands-on onboarding and training in Los Angeles in late January, supporting upcoming field deployments.
Nice To Haves
- Certifications from robot manufacturers (strongly preferred)
- Training or education from a robotics, automation, or technician trade program
- Hands-on experience with autonomous, humanoid, or advanced robotic systems
- Background in robotics field service, automation, mechatronics, or electromechanical systems
- Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally
- Equivalent hands-on experience is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain humanoid and autonomous robotic systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and respond to service requests
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues
- Work directly with customers in professional, on-site environments
- Document service work, findings, and repairs clearly and accurately
- Stay current on robotics technologies, tools, and service best practices
