The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer at Equiniti will play a crucial role in delivering automated processes within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. This position follows an Agile delivery methodology, allowing for flexibility and responsiveness to changing business needs. The RPA Developer will utilize Robotic Process Automation tools, specifically Blue Prism, to translate business requirements into effective RPA solutions and automations. In this role, the developer will conceptualize and design RPA process solutions in alignment with standard RPA design principles and the prescribed Robotic Operating Model. The developer will be responsible for configuring new RPA processes, ensuring that they are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand. Additionally, the developer will prepare essential documentation, including solution specifications, test plans, end-user training materials, and production support documentation. The RPA Developer will also support existing processes and implement necessary changes as part of a structured change control process. Problem-solving will be a key aspect of this role, as the developer will need to address configuration, integration, and security issues that arise during the daily operation of RPA processes. Furthermore, the developer will create, document, and execute test procedures and scenarios for pre-UAT phases and provide support to operational teams during UAT and rollout phases.
