About The Position

We are building next-generation AI infrastructure for open-source and enterprise use. Our work is deeply research-oriented and passionate about developing ground-breaking innovations to take state-of-the-art AI applications to the next level. Your role as a robotics engineer will involve designing and implementing machine learning models for robotics use cases. This involves areas such as planning, reasoning, reinforcement learning, world models, and simulations. You will collaborate with other researchers and engineers to implement algorithms in both research and production environments. Our team is highly self-motivated and enthusiastic about pushing the limits of today’s technologies. Requirements

  • Proficiency in C/C++ or Python for ML/Robotics.
  • Experience with PyTorch or any equivalent modern deep learning framework.
  • Familiarity with developing simulation environments for rapid feedback loops.
  • Experience with implementing reinforcement learning algorithms on real robots.
  • At least 3 years of industry experience.
  • MSc or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or Computer Engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing visuomotor, reasoning, and action policies in simulation environments.
  • Cross-collaborate with researchers and engineers in implementing VLA models into physical robotic hardware.
  • Evaluate algorithmic efficiency and improve benchmark metrics for learning procedures.
  • Display initiative and independence in providing rapid results through data collection, prototyping, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Participate in scientific communication of research through external publications and presentations.
