Imagine your day It’s the start of your shift in Monette, AR. You bring a robotic cell online, fine-tune the setup for the day’s production run, and watch the first parts roll off exactly to spec. Throughout the shift you keep a close eye on performance, jump in to troubleshoot when something drifts, partner with teammates to keep throughput high, and log the data that proves the line is running right. You wrap with a quick clean-down and safety sweep—ready for the next run. What you’ll do Prepare, configure, and calibrate robotic equipment for scheduled production runs. Continuously observe system performance to uphold quality targets and cycle times. Handle routine care, minor repairs, and first-line troubleshooting on robotic machinery. Work closely with production and maintenance teams to improve process flow and efficiency. Record output, quality results, and equipment performance metrics accurately. Maintain a safe workspace and follow all environmental, health, and safety procedures.
