About The Position

The Robotic Welding Machine Operator at Aalberts Hydronic Flow Control is a critical role responsible for the successful HEP (Hydronic Efficiency Products) operation of the plant. They are responsible for operating equipment in a safe and productive manner.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 Years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of safe manufacturing processes
• Ability to pass entry level weld test (GMAW)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
• Ability to accurately use measuring tools

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery used in fabrication
• Operate and maintain robotic welder
• Tack and finish weld sheet metal components (GMAW)
• Operate lifting equipment using safe lifting practices
• Perform related tasks including grinding, cutting and removing scrap from tables
• Practice safe work habits including PPE requirements and all safety rules
• Comply with plant rules, excellent practice of safe behavior and compliance with safety rules and have good attendance
• Perform other duties as assigned
