Requirements

Associate degree or technical certification in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or automated environment
Strong understanding of robotic systems
Experience with PLC troubleshooting
Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
Knowledge of sensors, motors, drives, and control systems

Responsibilities

Install, program, and maintain industrial robots and automation systems
Troubleshoot robotic, electrical, and mechanical issues to minimize downtime
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on robotic equipment
Diagnose faults in PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and servo systems
Support production teams by responding quickly to equipment failures
Modify and optimize robot programs to improve cycle time and quality
Ensure all systems operate in compliance with safety standards and company policies
Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system updates
Assist with new equipment launches, testing, and commissioning
Collaborate with engineering and continuous improvement teams on process enhancements
