About The Position

The Director of Robotics is responsible for overseeing the robotic surgery program across EHC. This role provides strategic, operational, financial and clinical leadership, ensuring high standards of care, and guiding the professional development of team members. The Director of Robotics collaborates closely with Operating Units, physicians, clinical teams, and administrative staff to promote the safe, efficient, and evidence-based delivery of care. They are accountable for aligning departmental goals with organizational priorities, facilitating interdisciplinary coordination, and driving continuous improvement across all aspects of the organization.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in healthcare administration (MHA) or business administration (MBA).
  • 7 years of robotics experience with 3 years in management
  • This position involves both technical understanding and strong leadership qualities, allowing them to navigate complex challenges, drive innovation, and manage resources effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Nursing preferred (BSN or MSN) or master's degree in healthcare administration (MHA) or business administration (MBA).
  • 7+ years in robotics experience and 5+ years in management
