What You’ll Do 🚀 Intern Program Begins: May 11, 2026 Intern Program Ends: August 5, 2026 Pay Rate: $18/hr 📍This position will be located at our Corporate Office: 2355 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027 A Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer Intern is a junior role focused on learning and assisting in the design, development, testing, and deployment of automated workflows that help OneAZ reduce manual work.

Requirements

  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, C#, Java, or VB.NED.
  • Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism (even beginner-level exposure is useful).
  • Understanding of SQL, data handling, and basic database concepts.
  • Ability to map and analyze business processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows.
  • Good communication skills for collaborating with business and technical teams.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • A passion for people, innovation, and growth.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of APls, web technologies (HTML/CSS), or scripting is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supports automation projects by building simple bots or process automations using UiPath as the RPA tool.
  • Analyzes business processes to understand steps that can be automated.
  • Develops and tests automation scripts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoots issues and helps maintain existing automations.
  • Collaborates with business teams and senior developers to document requirements and create solution designs.
  • Learns best practices for coding, automation design, and project lifecycle management.
