To help us drive excellence, you'll get to: Support new program equipment launch activity as it relates to startup, debug and achieving performance objectives. Maintain a strategy for redeployment and/or obsolescence of exiting robot assets as it pertains to age, hours, application, etc. Create Robot training modules tailored to the needs of the maintenance department. Maintain PM tracking matrix for hours, greasing, battery, and counterbalance greasing for all Robots. Be capable of troubleshooting and repairing breakdowns of equipment using PC/PLC ladder logic Troubleshoot Technical/Mechanical concerns on equipment and support other skilled trades as required. Maintain spare parts and life cycle maintenance schedule. This salary role is a part of our maintenance team and reports to the Maintenance Manager.

Requirements

  • Five (5) to (8) years of technical hands-on experience related.
  • Robot programming languages at an advanced level.
  • Fanuc robot teaching and mechanical knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently, self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter and ability to work productively for long periods of little to no supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving skills such as 8D and 5 Whys.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to mentor and teach the team in effective problem-solving methods.
