As a Robotic Arm Technician on the Logistics team, you will take ownership of our full robotic arm solution used on autonomous yard shifting trucks. You will be directly involved in programming, tooling integration, and design coordination to enable high-reliability connection and disconnection of air and power lines between trucks and trailers. Your work will support our mission to deliver safe, dependable automation at scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related technical field.
  • Certification in Fanuc Robotic Arms.
  • Certification in Fanuc 2D and 3D IR vision systems.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience programming and deploying Fanuc robotic arms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with software and database concepts.
  • Experience working independently and in collaborative, team-based environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential or prior mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain all robotic arm programming efforts related to our autonomous yard truck platforms.
  • Coordinate tooling needs with design and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of arm function and trailer connections.
  • Develop, test, and deploy solutions for consistent and reliable air/power connection and disconnection between truck and trailer systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional hardware and software teams to validate robotic system performance.
  • Troubleshoot issues in real-time using structured problem-solving techniques and diagnostic tools.
  • Promote a culture of safety, precision, and continuous improvement throughout the robotics team.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation for robotic arm programming and tooling configurations.
  • Support testing, validation, and deployment efforts both onsite and in-field as needed.
  • Apply conceptual thinking and critical analysis to enhance reliability and efficiency in real-world applications.
