About The Position

We're seeking team members who enjoy machine operations and an industrial setting. Do you love working with your hands? We're hiring and excited to meet you! We are seeking skilled machine operators to set up, trouble-shoot robotic welding equipment and to train operators on their use. Responsible for the set-up, maintenance, operation, troubleshooting, and training of robotic welding equipment. Provide technical knowledge support for the Manufacturing Operations Teams while also performing duties of Production. Coordinates and/or facilitates communication between Manufacturing, Engineering and Maintenance. Supports cost reduction, quality and process improvement initiatives as related to supplies and consumables.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience or equivalent training/education in setting up machines and operating specialized machines.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with robotics, jigs, fixtures, and gas metal arc welding.
• Experience with troubleshooting to assist maintenance department and provide technical support.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and operate robotic welding equipment.
• Troubleshoot robotic welding equipment issues.
• Train operators on the use of robotic welding equipment.
• Provide technical knowledge support for Manufacturing Operations Teams.
• Perform duties related to Production.
• Coordinate communication between Manufacturing, Engineering, and Maintenance.
• Support cost reduction, quality, and process improvement initiatives.
