Requirements

Intermediate proficiency computer skills with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Communication: Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail when performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Must be able to function as part of a team, willing to be multi-trained, and maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area.
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
Ability to perform repetitive operations.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Technical Skills: Strong technical aptitude with a focus on robotics, automation, and mechatronics.
1 year of PLC programming.
Experience with Dematic software and hardware.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with the Automated Sort and Retrieval System (ASRS) systems, including mechanical, electrical, and programming problems and work with manufacturers to resolve these issues.
Repairs: Work with the maintenance team to conduct repairs on ASRS shuttles as needed, including replacing parts and components.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications.
Personal Training: Ongoing operating system training to stay aligned with new features, enhancements, and best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with LEs and Production staff to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Training: Provide basic operation/troubleshoot training to line technicians, Planners and LEs.
Other duties as assigned.
