  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions to perform complex repairs.
  • Experience with precision manual tasks, including fine crimping, terminal pinning, and torque-sensitive fastening.
  • Proficiency in using calibrated measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauge pins to verify mechanical tolerances.
  • Proficiency with basic electrical circuits and the use of diagnostic tools like multimeters for safety and continuity verification.
  • Basic command-line or terminal experience for running diagnostics, reviewing health reports, and interpreting system flags.
  • High-level hand-eye coordination and attention to detail required for handling small-scale cables and connectors within tight internal housings.
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts and the ability to follow logical, step-by-step processes to identify the root cause of failures.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with precision mechanical rigging, motor assembly, or digital communication networks.
  • Competency in basic wiring harness repair, including high-precision soldering.
  • Familiarity with safety standards for systems operating at or above 60V.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and communicating technical issues effectively to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
