Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma.
• 3 or more years of experience or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Commitment to company values.

Responsibilities

• Build Lincoln Electric Automation designed machinery and equipment.
• Perform electrical and mechanical assembly work involving automation equipment, including control panels and robots, with limited supervision.
• Meet established goals in a timely and efficient manner.
• Utilize problem identification and resolution systems.
• Keep team members informed through timely utilization of verbal and written reports.
• Investigate and provide feedback to resolve technical questions and problems.
• Organize build site and supplies.
• Operate forklift and cranes.
• Work well with customers as required to successfully complete projects.
• Collaborate effectively with helpers, Engineers, Management, and support functions.
• Complete other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned.

Benefits

• Hourly Full-Time employment status.
• Pay Range: ($36,103.41 - $54,080.00).
• Target Bonus: 5.0%.
