About The Position

About the Role: The Robot Operator is responsible for the 0peration of the robots and coordination of all palletizing in the robot/carousel area. Prepares palletizing area for daily work Makes sure all materials needed for the day are ready and staged around the carousel area Requests any materials that are needed from utility or Supervisor Keeps area clean and organized Follows all safety, health and Company policies Initials, dates and maintains any Company paperwork as required by GMP or Quality Control department Verifies all iMake label information and makes sure that labels are correct, printed, readable, and placed on the correct pallets. Mut be able to use forklift and manual floor jack Must be able to qualify as a backup utility Able to interpret pallets or load patterns from computer Operate stretch wrapper Must be able to do positive release of finished goods pallets with iMake computer system Able to operate robotic palletizing equipment Available to perform other duties as assigned by Lead or Line Supervisor

Requirements

  • Minimum high school education or GED Equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Must be able to read and write in English and perform routine math equations.
  • Must be able to respond quickly and efficiently to problems or changes.
  • Perform duties with minimal supervision.
  • Good manual dexterity.
  • Must be able to keep accurate and legible records.
  • Able to use iMake computer system.
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8-12 hours per day.
  • Routinely lifts up to 70 pounds from waist to chest level.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, stand or walk for entire operations of shift.
  • Able to work overtime hours, weekends and other shifts when necessary
