About The Position

LM2 Resource Solutions is working with a leading manufacturing company in Kinston, NC, USA. Our client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Robot Machinery Operator to join their team. As a Robot Machinery Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our state-of-the-art robotic machinery. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our machines to meet production targets and quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating robotic machinery
• Forklift experience and certification preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience and certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor robotic machinery to produce high-quality products
• Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure proper functioning
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
• Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments
