About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Robo Tape Assembler to join our team. Job duties include, but not limited to: Perform assembly of product as directed Package parts according to customer’s requirements Follow established procedures to reject nonconforming product Complete daily production activity log Verify order and label information Maintain or excel stable cycle (meet production rate) Move finished product Follow all safety guidelines and ensure a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and environmental standards. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-Motivated team player.
• Good hand/eye dexterity and ability to cross-train.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise and heat.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in parts assembly preferred, but not required.
