The National Trust for Historic Preservation invites applications for the 2025-2026 Silman Fellow for Preservation Engineering. This 12-month fellowship provides a recent graduate with the opportunity to work on various restoration, rehabilitation, and preservation projects at the Trust’s 27 sites nationwide, and to work as part of TYLin’s Buildings Sector in-person as a structural engineer. The Silman Fellow is required to complete a deliverable for the benefit to the field of historic preservation that is suitable for presentation and/or publication. Upon successful completion of the Fellowship, the Fellow will continue as a full-time TYLin employee.
