About The Position

This position is responsible for operating computerized batching of feed while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The role involves routing computers to make feed and operating a complex batching system. Additionally, the position requires completing reports and receiving paperwork, with a necessity for legible handwriting and preferred computer experience. Candidates must be able to pass a respirator physical and be willing to work on their feet for a period of 12 hours. Training for the job is mandatory, and the work environment may expose employees to warm or cold temperatures, wet, humid, or dusty conditions. Physical tasks include walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 70 pounds frequently. Maintaining and promoting the Tyson safety culture is essential, along with receiving required training and performing various assigned positions.

Requirements

• Must have 3 months of work history with one employer listed on the application.
• Prefer 3 months of forklift operator experience.
• Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
