JOB SUMMARY LIVIC Civil is expanding, and we’re looking for a Roadway Project Manager to play a key role in our growing transportation department! This full-time position leads the successful delivery of transportation projects by managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, and client/agency coordination. This role partners with technical leads to guide design delivery, oversee QA/QC readiness, and ensure projects meet client expectations and agency requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or closely related)
  • 8+ years of progressive transportation/roadway project experience, including PM responsibilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage scope/schedule/budget and lead project teams.
  • Strong communication and client coordination skills
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • PE license
  • PennDOT project management experience.
  • Experience with proposal development and client relationship management.
  • Travel to other offices as needed
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

Responsibilities

  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and staffing for projects.
  • Coordinate with clients/agencies and lead project meetings and communications.
  • Oversee deliverable readiness and internal QA/QC coordination.
  • Support contract management, change management, and risk tracking.
  • Support proposals, scopes, and client development efforts as appropriate.
