About The Position

Watson Civil Construction, Inc. is a premier heavy/highway civil contractor working throughout Florida specializing in large site infrastructure, underground, and road work. We are seeking a Roadway/Dirt Foreman. The Foreman will directly supervise and coordinate activities of the crew and may also engage in the trade work of the employees being supervised.

Requirements

• Experienced on all types of heavy equipment for dirt and site projects.
• Reads, understands, and interprets drawings and specifications.

Nice To Haves

• FDOT experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises a crew.
• Reports on work to Superintendent.
• Reports on time and materials.
• Monitors the implementation of safety orientations, safety indoctrinations, provides coaching for improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
