Roadway Design Intern - Summer 2026
About The Position
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Roadway Design Intern to join our team! What You'll Be Doing: Prepare construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates. Assist with the geometric design of highways and roadways, including horizontal and vertical alignments, cross sections, superelevation diagrams, gore details, vertical clearance calculations, and grading plans. Perform material quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and field surveys as required. Use design software and CAE/CAD applications to develop and implement project designs. Provide technical guidance and input to CAD drafters, designers, and other engineers working on the project team. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support project delivery.
