Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with evidence of exceptional ability.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to effectively prioritize workload while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule; this team runs 24/7/365 to accommodate customer needs.
• Roadside dispatching or emergency call response experience is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Windows, Office, Outlook, and ability to navigate web browsers and multiple internal systems.
• Understanding of basic automotive techniques related to towing and service of vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional verbal and written customer support.
• Efficiently coordinate towing services in urgent and non-urgent situations.
• Assess customer needs and proactively resolve roadside issues.
• Determine the optimal course of action for various roadside events.
• Effectively communicate owners' concerns to the towing provider network and service center staff.
• Accurately record issues and data into CRM/Vehicle Support Systems.
