About The Position

The ECM team is looking to hire a Roadshow Coordinator in New York to plan, execute and manage all logistics related to deal roadshows. This is a hands-on role requiring ownership of the coordination and management of these activities. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Be able to work under pressure and have ability to prioritize on own
• Strong organizational skills and be able to successfully function in a fast-paced team environment
• Execute events onsite when necessary and be open to travel
• Strong client service, relationship building, problem solving and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years’ experience in the coordination of planning corporate events and/or road shows in the financial services industry
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office
• Proficient use of database management
• Ipreo proficiency

Responsibilities

• Assist the execution of ECM transactions
• Execute planning and logistics for all stages of a roadshow including, but not limited to, managing the overall schedule, ordering catering, booking cars, booking travel, pulling investor profiles, etc.
• Work closely with the internal ECM and deal teams for flawless execution
• Effectively communicate with management, internal teams, and joint-bookrunners
• Deliver high quality client service
