We are seeking a Roads and Grounds Maintenance Program Manager to provide oversight for Roads and Grounds support services at Fort McCoy, WI. As the Roads and Grounds Maintenance Program Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, coordinating, and overseeing all roads, grounds, and exterior infrastructure maintenance activities at Fort McCoy. This role ensures the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of roadways, parking areas, training areas, and landscaped grounds in support of the installation’s mission, training requirements, and quality-of-life standards. The Program Manager provides leadership to maintenance staff and contractors, manages schedules and resources, enforces safety and environmental compliance, and serves as the primary point of contact for roads and grounds operations within the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) or contract organization.
