What Cardinal Needs from You: The ability to travel 6-8 weeks at a time during the busy season, a CDL Class A, is preferred but not required, we can offer CDL Training if interested with a clean driving record and the desire to be part of a team and to learn. You DO NOT need to reside in the area where this ad is posted as we accommodate all our out-of-town workers. What you will do: We are a construction company. You will drive equipment from job to job all over the United States and occasionally internationally. Then, help set up the machine, the tankers, carts and hoses etc. Learn to operate all equipment and perform basic maintenance (mechanical background is a plus, but not required- we will train you). We do a lot of fabricating including Tig, Mig, and Stick Welding (We can train you with that also) Perform maintenance in the shop as required. Hours will vary on each project. If you are self-motivated, eager to learn and would like to advance your skills in a well-paying field, Cardinal may be a good choice for you.
