About The Position

Tri-National, Inc., a fast-growing, truck load carrier in a JIT environment, located in St. Charles, MO, is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Maintenance Department as Road Breakdown Manager. This position would be direct support to the Director of Maintenance in carrying out the responsibilities of the Maintenance Department and ensuring the company accuracy in its day-to-day operations. TNi has dedicated itself to providing seamless service for the trading partners in Mexico, US, and Canada.

Requirements

Looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, has excellent organizational skills, and possess the ability to multitask and prioritize
Automotive service: 1 year (Required)
Must possess good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Knowledge of Trucking and or Automotive Service/Warranty Departments

Nice To Haves

Experience with TMT maintenance module, Excel, Word & Outlook, preferred
Experience with AS400, Qualcomm preferred

Responsibilities

Knowledge of troubleshooting maintenance issues & shop experience
Communicate with Fleet Managers in regards to pending tractor/trailer issues
Correspond with Safety Department in regards to tractor/trailer repairs
Maintain and update spreadsheets including Open Truck Report, Shop Repairs, Campaigns
Approve and process invoices, billing entries, purchase orders
Address maintenance issues including MV ASSIST, safety, shop road, repairs, warranty
Assist Drivers with roadside breakdowns
