Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Previous experience operating heavy equipment, specifically blades, is required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical strength

• Knowledge of basic mechanical principles
• Strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain road and bridge construction equipment, with a focus on blades
• Clear debris and snow from roads and bridges to ensure safe travel
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure functionality and longevity
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work activities
