About The Position

St. Louis Behavioral Medicine Institute (SLBMI) is seeking Licensed Professional Counselors and Licensed Clinical Social Workers with expertise in Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT). This role offers the opportunity to provide telehealth services and work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment. Clinicians will manage their own caseloads while receiving administrative support, allowing them to focus on delivering compassionate behavioral healthcare. The position emphasizes collaboration, continuing education, and the potential for specialization in RO-DBT.

Requirements

• Master's or doctoral degree in a clinical mental health field (e.g., MSW, Professional Counselor, Ph.D).
• Fully licensed by the State of Missouri to practice independently.
• Credentialed-eligible for managed care panels in Missouri.
• Some RO-DBT training or in the process of being trained through the RO-DBT Blended Learning training program.

Responsibilities

• Provide RO-DBT adherent individual sessions to clients.
• Co-facilitate adult and/or adolescent RO skill classes.
• Manage a caseload of individual patients per week, tailoring it to personal interests and expertise.
• Participate in weekly RO-DBT consultation team meetings.
