As an RN First Assistant (RNFA) for Community Health Partners' Urology team, you'll play a vital role in the surgical environment, collaborating directly with surgeons and care teams to support exceptional outcomes and patient experiences. Provide intraoperative support under the direct supervision of the surgeon, assisting with surgical exposure, hemostasis, and other technical functions to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Function as a Scrub Nurse or Circulating Nurse when not serving as the RNFA, maintaining readiness to support surgical cases across multiple specialties. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to uphold safety, sterile technique, and evidence-based best practices in every procedure.
