About The Position

Performs the primary function of a Registered Nurse First assistant is assessing, planning, implementing, educating and evaluating a designated group of team members during the perioperative period in accordance with all established Nursing Standards and Hospital Policies. Responsible for managing all assigned curriculum and competencies on the unit. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke's Hospital mission and values.

Requirements

  • BSN and completion of approved RNFA course required.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri.
  • CNOR Required.
