About The Position

Immanuel Communities is seeking a RN - LTC to work at Deerfield located at 13731 Hickman Road, Urbandale, IA 50323. Deerfield has 122 independent living apartment homes, 32 independent living patio homes, 20 assisted living, 24 residential care apartment homes and 30 long-term care/skilled nursing suites. The schedule for this PRN position is 16 hours minimum per month and rotation of holidays. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the respective state.
• Minimum of one (1) year of progressive experience in an assisted living or skilled care community or related experience.
• Equivalent years of education may substitute for experience requirement.
