About The Position

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Health Care Services industry, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of individuals in various healthcare settings. Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ACLS
• strong clinical assessment abilities, which are essential for accurately evaluating patient conditions and determining appropriate care plans.
• Effective communication skills are vital for educating patients and collaborating with healthcare teams, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned in their approach to patient care.
• Time management and organizational skills will help you prioritize tasks and manage multiple patients efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• critical thinking and problem-solving skills are necessary for making quick decisions in response to changing patient needs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in acute care or specialty areas.
• Certification in a nursing specialty (e.g., Critical Care, Psychiatry).
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Preferred skills, such as proficiency in EHR systems, will enhance your ability to document care accurately and streamline communication within the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document medical histories.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
