Blended Care team –
This care team model provides partners in care with RNs, LPNs, patient care assistants and care concierges. This model allows each clinician to practice at the top of their scope while providing opportunity for professional growth and development.
3 Medical is a 27-bed general medical unit which provides safe, high quality care to a medical population with a focus on the renal patients. Discharge planning and ensuring continuity of care across the care continuum

Requirements

• At least 2 years recent acute care experience required.
• NC RN License or Multistate RN License required.
