About The Position

Requirements
- Active RN license in Washington State is required.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess patient needs and prioritize care.
- Ability to lead, educate, and communicate effectively with a healthcare team.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing high-quality care.
- CPR and First Aid certification required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Supervise, mentor, and train nursing staff, ensuring they follow proper protocols and provide excellent care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed and monitor for effectiveness and side effects.
- Monitor patient progress, document observations, and report significant changes to physicians and family members.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families to enhance their understanding of healthcare needs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and infection control policies.
