Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to create and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and nurses.
- Monitor patient conditions, interpret symptoms, and report changes to attending physicians.
- Administer medications and perform treatments according to established protocols.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and charts.
