A “Registered Nurse” is a person who holds a valid Indiana license, and who bears primary responsibility and accountability for nursing practices based on specialized knowledge, judgment, and skill derived from the principles of biological, physical, and behavioral sciences. The patient population on 4 North within the 30 beds is very diverse with pot-surgical patients from Ortho/Spine/Urology, along with post pacemakers and ICD implants, also have medical patients within our population. 4 North patients are adult med-surg patients 18 years and older.
