Our Registered Nurses assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for psychiatric patients in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act for the State of New Jersey and the policies and procedures of the Barnabas Health Behavioral Health Center. All methods of practice shall conform to written hospital policies and procedures and be carried out to the highest achievable level of competence in a manner demonstrating concern and consideration. The Registered Nurse will demonstrate Barnabas Health's philosophy to Total Quality Management by actively applying that philosophy in all dealings with both internal and external customers.
