About The Position
We are hiring a Part-time RN 6:45 am - 7:15 pm Friday only White Oak of Tryon is seeking motivated RN to fill our Part-time RN position. The RN assess resident care needs and implements appropriate action. Assists with supervising the quality of nursing care provided to patients/residents for our 88-bed skilled, therapy, and assisted living nursing facility. This is an exciting time to be a member of the White Oak of Tryon team! We enjoy excellent staffing ratios and a strong team of exceptional RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, as well as a team of corporate nursing consultants dedicated to ensuring your success. Our nurse managers excel in their roles and provide consistent and valuable support for the RN. The ideal candidate is flexible and innovative with a strong leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, communication, customer service and organizational skills. Must relate professionally with residents, staff, family members, referral sources, physicians, and vendors. The RN Supervisor desires to build on the employee engagement and excels in being part of the weekend/weekday team to encourage collaborative teamwork.
Requirements
- current RN license
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in long-term care and/or supervisory experience is required
