About The Position

Delta View Post Acute is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for the full-time AM shift. The RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents in a post-acute care setting. PACS is revolutionizing the delivery and leadership of post-acute healthcare and support services across the country. Originally founded in 2013, the organization now consists of hundreds of independent operating subsidiaries, as well as ancillary and support services. Requirements

  • Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established care plans and physician orders
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to physicians and care team
  • Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members, including therapy and social services
  • Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
  • Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and facility protocols
  • Participate in care planning and resident assessments
